In Meant to be together, Linda Heller explores the way we argue with each other and the socialised, gender-specific mechanisms behind it. She draws parallels between democratic processes and negotiations in romantic relationships. The trio encourages the audience not to avoid conflicts and discussions, but to face them and endure the associated friction - and perhaps even learn to appreciate it.
